Kate is about to launch her own personal brand and was in the need for some pictures to capture her professional and vivacious personality. We started out in her neighborhood coffee shop where they have her cappuccino at the ready when she walks in where I learned about the meaning behind her Grandma-in-law’s actual penmanship stamped on her necklace (so cool!) and then hung out on bridge that overlooks the Gowanus canal and downtown Brooklyn. We chatted along the streets (the hot hot humid summer streets, which she graced like a champ) of Park Slope and heard how her famililiar personal story became the seed of her business idea and continued passion.
