There is such value in the everyday, the otherwise overlooked as ordinary. The day in and out and the sometimes grind. The commitment to bathe and nourish and all the camouflaged beauty that happens within the walls of a home. I got to meet Mason Abigail and her loving parents when she was just 5 weeks (session here) and was invited back to document their time as a family of three again at 7 months. There’s something special about watching the growth of someone you would otherwise have no connection to, but get the privilege of knowing because of the camera in hand. Sitting up, smiling, showing off her first teeth, loving the front row window view and on the verge of taking the world on on all fours, Little Mason is moving and grooving.
