Laura + Greg
Broadturn Farm – Portland, Maine
Immediately upon walking into the groomsmen suite I was asked, “Do you want a tattoo of the bride and groom?! Cause we got ’em!” Of course I did. And just like that the precedent for this wedding was set: it was going to be a fun one. The guys got ready in Portland and headed over to Broadturn Farm where the girls and Greg’s bride awaited. Laura’s nerves dissipated entirely upon seeing her joyful and excited (and awe-filled) groom as they shared a few moments prior to the ceremony. The farm barn served as the scene for both the ceremony dancing later on where this crowd broke it down. Hard. Greg and Laura traipsed through the woods, pumpkin patches and the farm’s beautiful flower scapes that seemed endless, celebrating their new committed love. Even the cows couldn’t keep their eyes off them. My anticipation for this upcoming wedding season grows reliving this vibrant day and breathing in that newfound Spring in the air. Congratulations to Greg and Laura! You are the very first and only couple I have shot and edited with your faces tattooed on my forearm and had bowtied pup walk down the aisle.
It was a pleasure to shoot this wedding alongside Katch Silva.
