Seemed like we were just in the middle of New York City in January grabbing donuts and sipping wine (read: engagement session) and there we were, in the middle of an apple orchard in New Hampshire in May, skipping around and literally singing in delight because the big day was here. Coffee brewing, rain tapping down on the rooftop, ceremony hymns being sung, girls gabbin in their pajamas, guys playing pool, anticipation growing and hearts prepared. The day of Helen and Alex was saturated with a powerful loveliness and soggy dancing feet. The night ended with the bride and a groom serving up cotton candy in a canoe. Yes, yes to that. Rivers of thanks to be included in this love story. Congratulations to the newest Mr. and Mrs. Brown!! (and to our newest neighbors – welcome to New York City you two – the biggest apple in the whole orchard ; )
