P

Provincetown, Massachusetts

Kara and Erik got married in the front yard of Kara’s parent’s house, which happened to be a pretty little beach front in Provincetown. The wedding kicked off with a bluegrass bash the day before and ended with a late night slap happy singalong the night of. Sofie the pup led the way down the aisle in her tutu and the vows wrapped and shell was smashed just as the tide rolled back in (nicely timed, my friends). We ran around the quiet streets of P-town (thank you off season October), stopped in front of a house full of dahlias, a fence full of buoys and a restaurant that serves lobster, ran around some sandy sunny dunes and then were met by the FUNK BUS to bring us to the reception. That’s right. The funk bus, showing up with your favorite people to bring you to your favorite party at the Chequessett Club in Wellfleet. The sun set on that first of fall feels eve on the beach as people ate oysters and kept warm on the dance floor. It was sweet, and windy and sandy and oh so sweet. Congrats, Kara + Erik.
